### Lesson Outline:
#### 1. **Warm-up (10 minutes)**

Briefly introduce the concepts of cooperation and leadership. Explain how today's activities will help develop these skills.
- **Dynamic Stretching (7 minutes):**
Engage students in a series of dynamic stretches such as arm circles, jumping jacks, walking lunges, and high knees.
#### 2. **Activity 1: Human Knot (15 minutes)**
- **Instructions:**
- Divide the class into groups of 8-10 students.
- Each group stands in a circle, extends their hands, and grabs the hands of two different people across the circle.
- Without releasing hands, the group must untangle themselves into a circle.
- **Debrief:**
Discuss challenges faced and strategies used. Highlight the importance of communication, patience, and cooperation.
#### 3. **Activity 2: Blindfolded Obstacle Course (20 minutes)**
- **Instructions:**
- Set up an obstacle course using cones, hula hoops, and other available equipment.
- Pair up students; one student is blindfolded, and their partner guides them through the obstacle course using verbal instructions only.
- Switch roles after completing the course.
- **Debrief:**
Discuss the roles of leader and follower. Highlight listening and clear communication as key components of effective cooperation.
#### 4. **Activity 3: Pass the Hula Hoop (10 minutes)**

- Have students form a large circle holding hands.
- Place a hula hoop over one student’s arm.
